For high-potential leaders ready for their next step.
Ascend
The leap from managing to leading strategically is one of the most challenging — and defining — transitions in a career. The Ascend program prepares leaders to make that leap by developing the mindset, relationships, and systems thinking that enable sustainable success.
Our Ascend readiness program designed for leaders who are preparing to step into executive roles. It’s ideal for people who are creating their own path to success, and for organizations investing in their future leadership bench.
GrowthPoints’ research-based program approach
During our multi-year research into success factors for women’s leadership in energy and STEM, three areas of focus emerged and became core to the Ascend group program.
Mindset — Learning to think and act like an executive.
Relationships — Strengthening trust, influence, and communication.
Systems Thinking — Seeing beyond silos and leading with clarity.
Our programs connect energy sector leaders
Ascend can be an open-enrollment experience, or customized in partnership with organizations across the energy sector. Build internal cohorts, or collaborate with other companies to foster networking and shared learning.
