About the Ascend group coaching program

Our Ascend program prepares high-potential women leaders in the energy sector to step into executive roles with confidence. You’ll develop mindset, relationships, and systems thinking for lasting impact.

Ascend blends coaching, peer learning, and practical reflection to prepare high-potential leaders for senior leadership.

Participants meet weekly for the 12-week program.

Program Details:

  • Select cohorts of 8–12 leaders (open enrollment, or from within your organization)

  • Live weekly sessions (one hour), alternating Masterclass sessions and group coaching

  • Leadership Dashboard tool to enhance clarity and impact in your organization

  • GrowthPointers videos with insights and tools for real-world application

  • Options to add a 360 Review and debrief, 1:1 Focus Coaching, a DISC style profile, and an Executive Readiness Roadmap
